Poster, Paper and Panel Topics

Posters, papers and panels may explore, but are by no means limited to, the following themes or topics:

  • Good practice in patient and public engagement and mental health research more broadly

  • Supporting emotionally demanding research/ mental health and wellbeing for mental health researchers

  • Translating mental health research into action and change

  • The impact of interdisciplinary approaches and methodologies within the mental health field

This conference is an opportunity to bring together a diverse group of people from all disciplines working in the field of mental health research at the University of Edinburgh. As such, we particularly welcome proposals that are explicitly inclusive, embed diversity into our discussions and that have the potential to facilitate future interdisciplinary collaboration. We also welcome and encourage contributions from postgraduate and early career researchers.
